Our story begins in 1964

at the foot of the Alps, where the Bordoni family embarked on their journey of producing bresaola, following an ancient (and secret!) recipe.

Over time, the small family butcher’s shop has evolved into a production plant, earning the PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) designation and joining the Consorzio di Tutela Bresaola della Valtellina.

Our secret ingredients? Expert hands blending spices, patient eyes meticulously checking the curing process, a passion for excellence, and knowledge passed down through generations. To be continued…
