Focaccia with bresaola, rocket, smoked scamorza cheese and truffle sauce

Preparation

Rinse the rocket with fresh run- ning water and pat it dry with ab- sorbent paper to eliminate excess water. Cut the smoked scamorza into thin slices, then divide the fo- caccia in half and sprinkle it with a drizzle of oil and plenty of truffle sauce.

Layer the slices of scamorza and bresaola alternately inside the focaccia, then add the rocket and close your snack.
